Mobility management – Hybrid model of congestion pricing

The sudden development of urbanization in cities consequently affects the degree motorization population. Due to imbalance between traffic demands and supply, cities, especially their central city zones (CZ), face problem congestion. Management by applying congestion pricing policy (CP) can significantly contribute reducing its negative impacts. However, after insufficient public political support for CP during implementation, as well application MC policy, which is based only on research hypothetical situations, a hybrid management model was proposed. Bearing mind above, objective this study analyze factors that influence acceptability model, represents combination previously mentioned policies (CP+MC). obtained results indicate an adequate solution would reduce movement passenger cars CZ increase acceptance such among public.
